I have seen first-hand how naturopathic care can increase your ability to become pregnant (naturally or IVF treatment), reduce the risk of miscarriage, and support a healthy uncomplicated pregnancy, and give your baby a good start in life.
Naturopathic treatment works best when both partners are engaged and have the opportunity to address any issues that may compromise fertility. I encourage my clients to take the time to reduce any toxic exposure, achieve a healthy body composition and nutritional status to give every opportunity for fertility, an uncomplicated pregnancy and a healthy baby.
Conception involves both female and male partners equally. In order to give your new baby the very best start in life it’s essential to support the health of both parents in the time leading up to conception.
Men are often overlooked in the preconception stages, but their contribution is, of course, extremely important. Sperm production requires adequate nutritional levels and an absence of chemicals so it is vital to include both partners in a preconception care.
I often see stress and nutrition as major factors impacting fertility, and as such these important areas that I like to focus on in the preconception phase of growing your family.

Aiming to achieve the best possible outcomes, I often prescribe high-quality, nutritional, herbal, and therapeutic supplements. With deep working knowledge of supplements to address many kinds of health issues, I am familiar with all the major suppliers in Australia.
Functional testing and investigations
Further testing and investigations may help uncover the causes of your symptoms and point us to the best treatment pathways. As a fully qualified and certified general health practitioner, I can refer you for further testing and investigations. I am registered with a range of pathology partners Australia-wide, including Australian Clinical Labs, NutriPath, InterClinical Laboratories, RN Labs, Genova Diagnostics, and MetaBiome.
